Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (current).
• Excellent observational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude; willing to perform supportive duties.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history.
• Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding.
• Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Accurately monitor and document vital signs including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Administer medications and treatments with skill and empathy.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Track and communicate changes in patient condition, timely responses.
• Keep detailed clinical notes reflecting progress and quality of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
