Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of Georgia (or eligible).
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent observational and written/verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and families.
• Monitor physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and document progress.
• Administer physician-ordered medications and treatments with empathy.
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
