Job summary

The Pennant Group, through Agape Hospice in Tucson, seeks a licensed RN to provide comprehensive hospice nursing care in Casa Grande, AZ. You will perform assessments, manage care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient comfort and dignity.

This on-site role requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with families in end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program.
• Two years' nursing experience; hospice/home health preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift, position and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine hospice needs.
• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan with patient/family.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordinate patient care as Case Manager with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document clinical notes and communicate with physicians.
• On-call duties as defined by policy.
• Supervise hospice aides and delegate tasks.
