Hospice of the West is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) for per diem coverage in the Casa Grande area. You will deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through the hospice journey, as part of an interdisciplinary team grounded in compassion and clinical excellence.

The role emphasizes education, family engagement, and call duties to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
