Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license in good standing in the state of work
• CPR certification (current) preferred or required
• Strong observational and communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on medical history and current needs
• Deliver one-on-one support to patients and families to ensure comfort and dignity
• Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately and promptly
• Administer physician-ordered medications and therapies with empathy
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
