Job summary

Jewish HealthCare Center in Worcester, MA, is seeking a compassionate Hospice Case Manager (RN) to join our full-time team. The role focuses on providing bedside hospice nursing with a manageable caseload and limited travel.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages ($98,000–$104,000 per year) and a full benefits package. Ideal candidates hold a MA RN license, have hospice experience or a strong willingness to train, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• This is a full-time position requiring an MA RN license.
• Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven reliability and flexibility; ability to work autonomously in the field.
• Good references and positive work history.
• Comfort with electronic documentation and travel within reasonable local area.

Responsibilities

Requirements

This is a full-time position offering competitive wages and great benefits, some rotating on call and weekend coverage included. Hospice experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate who possesses compassion, good clinical skills, and a positive attitude.
