Job summary

Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to serve patients and families across Georgia. You’ll balance clinical expertise with empathy, coordinating end-of-life care, and acting as the clinical anchor for the team.

A Georgia RN license and CPR/First Aid are required, with reliable transportation. Hospice or home care experience is a plus, and you’ll join a locally owned company that values compassion, teamwork, and employee well‑being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence.
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most.

Position Requirements
