Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to join our local team. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary group, providing direct patient care and acting as the primary communicator of patient needs under the RN Case Manager’s guidance.

The role follows a thoughtful care plan, emphasizes reliable, kind service, and supports families in the comfort of home. We value compassion, dependability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Georgia.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence.
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most.

Description:

As a Hospice Aide, you are one of the most vital pieces of the interdisciplinary team. You are the boots on the ground and the main communicator of your patient's needs. Our CNA's role is to follow a thought-out care plan for each patient, and to be the right hand of the RN Case Manager; ensuring the best care for the patient is achieved.

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
