Job summary

Spirit Hospice of Georgia is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You’ll be on the front lines, communicating your patient’s needs and supporting the RN Case Manager to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care.

As a CNA, you’ll follow a care plan, provide gentle, respectful hands-on care, and help ensure comfort and dignity for every patient we serve. We value reliability, teamwork, and compassionate service, with competitive pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Georgia.
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence.
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most.

• Follow a thought-out care plan for each patient and be the right hand of the RN Case Manager.
• Communicate patient needs effectively to the care team.
• Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients in their homes or care settings.

Description:

As a Hospice Aide, you are one of the most vital pieces of the interdisciplinary team. You are the boots on the ground and the main communicator of your patient’s needs. Our CNA's role is to follow a thought-out care plan for each patient, and to be the right hand of the RN Case Manager; ensuring the best care for the patient is achieved.

Position Requirements:

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification
• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence
• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
