Job summary

Interim HealthCare in Michigan seeks a compassionate Hospice RN Case Manager to deliver home-based hospice care to terminally ill patients. You will work with a physician team and oversee CNAs, performing assessments and documenting changes in the patient’s condition.

Qualifications
