Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks an RN Care Support Supervisor to lead daily operations across the WPB region, including Support Center, Clinical Staffing, and Crisis Care. You will coach staff, manage performance, and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida (active)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of leadership in hospice/oncology/medical-surgical/home health/geriatric care preferred
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily operations for assigned regions (Support Center, Clinical Staffing, Crisis Care).
• Manage and evaluate employee performance with coaching and development opportunities.
• Develop and oversee staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and efficiency.
• Direct and support Care Support staff, promoting accountability, teamwork and service excellence.
• Plan and monitor clinical activities to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction across teams.
• Act as liaison between administration, physicians, coordinators, and clinical staff for effective communication.
