Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a Sr. Staff Nurse to lead and mentor the interdisciplinary hospice care team in Palm Beach County. The role supports compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care and coordinates daily operations with the Care Team Manager.

The position requires FL RN licensure, BLS, and prior hospice and supervisory experience. Strong EMR skills and reliable transportation are essential to serve our Full Life Care mission.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Florida (FL).
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience.
• Adequate transportation with valid FL license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Care Team Manager to coordinate daily team operations and clinical functions.
• Provide leadership in QAPI activities and initiatives.
• Conduct supervisory visits and participate in quality and compliance activities.
• Serve as a first-line clinical resource for nursing staff and hospice aides.
