Catholic Health Services is seeking a skilled RN with leadership background to serve as a Business Development Manager for Good Shepherd Hospice. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality end-of-life care, supervising Liaisons, and managing referral processes to meet budget goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hospice concepts, policies and procedures.
• Experience in nursing supervision or management.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assess, instruct, direct and evaluate Hospice/Home Care Liaisons.
• Oversee operations related to referral acceptance and processes.
• Provide quality intake services to promote continuity of care and satisfaction.
• Develop and promote marketing to grow referrals and meet budget goals.
• Handle intake, marketing, referrals, and customer service as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of agency policies and accreditation requirements.
