Catholic Health Services is seeking a skilled RN with leadership background to serve as a Business Development Manager for Good Shepherd Hospice. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality end-of-life care, supervising Liaisons, and managing referral processes to meet budget goals.

Our Business Development Manager (RN):

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assess, instruct, directand evaluateHospice/Home Care Liaisons
• Oversee operations relating to referral acceptance and processes
• Providequality Intake services that promote continuity of care, customer satisfaction, and assists in meeting entity needs.
• Developand promotemarketing efforts to grow referrals in order to meet budget goals.
• Intake, marketing, referral volume and customer service as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of and assuring compliance with Agency/Department policies and procedures and accreditation/regulatory agency requirement

The successful candidate will possess knowledge of Hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures and the ability to assess the needs of terminally ill patients and their families.

Position Qualifications:

• NY State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor'sdegree required; Master's degree preferred
• Electronic Medical Records experience
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience in Hospice or Home Care preferred

Salary Range

USD $125,000.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
