This full-time, salaried exempt role oversees clinical and operational operations, ensures compliance, quality of care, and strong team performance. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations.
• Lead, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Oversee quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness.
• Participate in budgeting and achieve KPIs.
• Act as resource for clinical care, including RN Case Management when needed.
• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
