Ascend Hospice is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director (Registered Nurse) to lead regional staff and IDT teams under the Clinical Director. The role focuses on clinical supervision, care plan oversight, regulatory compliance, and staff development, with travel as needed. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, a State RN license, and 5 years nursing experience (hospice preferred).

• Must hold a State Certified RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
• CHPN certification is a plus; driving license and reliable transportation required.
