Ascend Hospice in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director (Registered Nurse) to lead regional staff and IDT teams, ensuring delivery and supervision of hospice services in accordance with Ascend Hospice's policies. The role reports to the Clinical Director and emphasizes quality care and staff development.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an active State RN license, 5 years of professional nursing experience (hospice preferred), CHPN a plus, a valid driver's

Qualifikationen

Must hold an active RN license in good standing.
Five years of professional nursing experience; hospice experience preferred.
CHPN certification is a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

Provide leadership for regional staff and IDT to ensure high-quality hospice services.
Lead regular IDT meetings and supervise care plan development and updates.
Monitor and audit clinical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Clinical Director on policy implementation and staff development.
Ensure attainment of budgeted census and admissions goals.
