Job summary

The Hospice of Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced and results-driven Full-Time Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Supervisor to lead and support our revenue cycle management team.

This position will oversee daily billing and revenue-cycle operations across Hospice and Palliative Care service lines, coordinate staff and workflow, monitor accounts receivable and collections, resolve complex reimbursement issues, and drive continuous process improvement while ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient

Qualifications

• Four+ years in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with claims processing, accounts receivable, denials, and reimbursement analysis.
• Hospice billing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue-cycle operations across hospice service lines to promote timely claims submission and reimbursement.
• Perform hands-on revenue-cycle work for complex claims, denials, and payer disputes.
• Supervise billing staff, set priorities, and monitor task completion to ensure accurate results.
• Monitor aging, rejections, denials, and collection trends; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Controller and other departments to improve processes and compliance.
