Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospice operations, Medicaid billing, eligibility management, or related revenue cycle work.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Hospice Ancillary Specialists.
• Oversee Medicaid room and board eligibility verification and billing.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to facilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid rules across states.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
• Lead audits and respond to compliance inquiries.
