Gulfside Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee billing, authorizations, eligibility, and accounts receivable for hospice services in Land O' Lakes, FL.

This on-site role requires ensuring accurate, timely submissions and compliance with payer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice or home health billing, strong Excel and Word skills, and familiarity with Florida Medicaid billing regulations.

Qualificações

• Three years of hospice/home health/physician billing experience; six years preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and Word recommended.
• Familiar with Florida Medicaid billing regulations and SNF/hospice billing.
• Experience collaborating with skilled nursing facilities and Medicaid managed care organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Billing liaison with community partners and payers.
• Coordinate internal Medicaid and commercial billing staff for compliance and productivity.
• Identify billing risks, resolve issues, and reduce denials with Florida rules.
• Review patient data for accurate claims generation.
• Ensure timely billing and complete accounts receivable management; assist month-end.
• Prepare reports for Revenue Cycle Director; provide on-call support.
