Hospice of Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced Full-Time Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to lead daily billing and revenue-cycle operations across hospice and palliative care services. This position will oversee staff, monitor accounts receivable, resolve complex reimbursement issues, and drive continuous process improvement while ensuring accurate, timely revenue-cycle operations.

You will supervise billing staff, monitor aging, and coordinate with external partners to resolve payer

Competenze

• Minimum 4+ years in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management
• Experience supervising billing staff and resolving complex reimbursement issues
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and payer requirements is essential
