Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a motivated Hospice Representative (Physician focused) in Broward County. This full-time, on-site role operates weekdays 8:30 am–5:00 pm with occasional after-hours as needed, building relationships and educating healthcare partners to drive access to hospice services.

You will promote hospice concepts to physicians, discharge planners, and other professionals, and manage accounts, events, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field required.
• Three years of medical marketing or sales experience, preferably in hospice or home care.
• Knowledge of Medicare, CMS, and state regulations.
• Reliable transportation with adequate insurance and a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and promote hospice concepts and benefits to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts, open new ones, build relationships, and increase referrals.
• Host marketing events, facilitate client meetings, and expand community relationships.
• Serve as the on-the-ground Trustbridge ambassador in Broward County.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and data entry.

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health, is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Representative (Physician focused) to join our team in Broward County area. This fulltime, "boots-on-the-ground" position and works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed. In this crucial community-facing role, the Hospice Representative strengthens Trustbridge's presence by building meaningful relationships, educating healthcare partners, and driving access to compassionate hospice services. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.

What You'll Do

• Educate and promote the hospice concept and the benefits of Trustbridge programs to physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and other internal and external healthcare professionals.
• Oversee accounts and open new ones, maintain strong relationships with hospital and facility staff, and increase referrals through consistent engagement.
• Host occasional marketing events, facilitate meetings with clients, and build new relationships throughout the community.
• Serve as a visible, boots-on-the-ground representative of Trustbridge in the Broward County service area.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM; must be comfortable with technology and data entry.

What You'll Need
