This fulltime, "boots-on-the-ground" position and works Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with weekend and after-hours availability as needed. In this crucial community-facing role, the Hospice Representative strengthens Trustbridge's presence by building meaningful relationships, educating healthcare partners, and driving access to compassionate hospice services. Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has cared for more than 200,000 South Florida families. As a community-based nonprofit, we provide 24/7 hospice and palliative care, along with caregiver support and bereavement services for families facing serious illness.
