PruittHealth Hospice is hiring a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to coordinate patient care in home or facility settings in Augusta, GA. You will evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining compassionate, high-quality hospice services.
