Job summary

Residential Home Health and Residential Hospice in Marlette, MI is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver end-of-life care to patients in their homes. This full-time role includes a $10,000 first-year milestone bonus, an interdisciplinary team approach, and a focus on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document care in the EMR while traveling within your territory and working with dedicated

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and hospice care capability
• Current driver’s license and ability to drive to patient homes

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care in patients' homes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life
• Perform comprehensive assessments, symptom and pain management, end-of-life planning
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the journey
• Maintain compliant EMR documentation and travel to assigned locations
• Work independently yet within a supportive team framework

• Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for




• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation




• Work independently, but never alone




• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work


• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred


• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
