Job summary

Elara Caring is hiring a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide high-quality, compassionate care in patients' homes. You will assess needs, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and implement physician orders while ensuring privacy and safety.

Travel between patient homes is required; a valid driver's license is essential. The role emphasizes patient education, timely reporting, and coordination with the care team to maintain continuous, safe care.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned locations.
