Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across the McKinney, TX area. You will assess needs, implement plans, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

We are looking for an RN with TX license and 1+ year of clinical nursing experience; Home Health is preferred but not required. Driving to patient homes is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, ASN or BSN).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.
• Completing initial and ongoing patient assessments.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
