Job summary

HopeWest is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for night shifts in Grand Junction. The role covers 7pm–7am, three nights per week, with potential on-call and weekend requirements.

You will deliver relationship-based, evidence-driven hospice care in patients’ homes, nursing facilities, or other settings, while guiding families through goals of care. Eligible candidates have 1–2 years in nursing (home health, hospice, or acute care preferred), Colorado RN licensure, CPR, a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or acute care strongly preferred.
• Current Colorado RN license maintained throughout employment.
• Current CPR certification maintained throughout employment.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide symptom management and compassionate nursing care in patients' homes.
• Educate patients and family caregivers to advance goals of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document assessments and care plans in the EHR system.

Salary Range: $42.52 To $47.55 Hourly

Night RN – Grand Junction Community Hospice | 3-12hr shifts/week 7pm-7am| $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Schedule: Rotating nights, 3 shifts/week, 7pm-7am, with occasional on-call/weekend requirement
• Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Pay Range: $42.52-47.55

What You Bring:
