Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license and ADN.
• CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Two years' experience in med/surg, home, hospice, or long-term care.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills for diverse hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders in a warm, compassionate manner.
• Measure and record patient readings and vital signs.
• Assess patient condition and implement care as prescribed.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately.
• Provide leadership and collaborate with other care teams across the system.
