Covenant Living is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time, night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) to care for residents in our aging communities. You will direct daily nursing activities, monitor staff performance, coordinate with physicians, and ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulations.

A compassionate approach is essential to support residents and families. The role requires an Illinois RN license and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Illinois.
• Experience in geriatric care and skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on the unit.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs; ensure high standard of care.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff; reinforce standards.
