Job summary

Main Line Health Home Care Network currently has per diem Registered Nurse RN – Home Care openings across Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Philadelphia County. The role involves day shift in the home care setting, with a 48 hour monthly commitment including one weekend per month.

Two years of recent med-surg experience is preferred. An RN diploma or ASN is required, BSN is preferred, along with PA licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice nursing in PA; CPR certification required; Driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated, comprehensive nursing care to patients in the home setting.
• Address physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs to improve function and quality of life.
• Participate in committees, education, and care planning as part of the MLH Home Care team.

Position:Registered Nurse RN – Home Care

Shift:Day Shift (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Per Diem Requirements: 48 hour monthly commitment, includes 1 weekend per month

Experience

1. Two Years recent med-surg experience in an acute or long-term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.

Education

1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications
