Main Line Health Home Care Network is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care across Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, care coordination, and adherence to clinical guidelines in the home environment.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care delivery, collaboration with patients and families, and ongoing documentation.

Competenze

• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Home health or hospice experience desirable.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Registered Nurse RN - Home Care

Shift

Day Shift (8:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Per Diem Requirements

48 hour monthly commitment, includes 1 weekend per month

Experience

• Two Years recent med‑surg experience in an acute or long‑term care setting, rehabilitation, home care, or hospice setting preferred.

Education

• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

• Current license to practice nursing in PA.
• Valid Driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Certification in specialty area of nursing preferred.
