Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with leadership experience in hospice or home health sales. You will manage and develop regional marketing plans and sales goals, working closely with administrators and support staff.

You must reside in the region and be able to travel to all assigned areas. Responsibilities include identifying accounts, promoting services, training sales staff, coordinating weekly plans via CRM, and managing the marketing budget to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
• 2 years of experience in Home Health or Hospice Marketing/Sales with 2 years of sales team management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals, patients, peers and management.
• CRM software experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid Auto Insurance.
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans and sales goals for the assigned area.
• Identify accounts and referrals and expand relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Promote services and drive growth within the region.
• Train, coach and motivate regional sales staff to meet monthly goals.
• Oversee weekly sales plans via CRM and monitor performance against commission targets.
• Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and regional exposure.
• Collaborate with hospitals, long-term care facilities and physician offices to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Travel within the region to cover all assigned areas.
