Job summary

Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. You will manage and grow referral networks, promote guaranteed regional sales growth, and train sales staff. Strong healthcare collaboration and CRM proficiency are essential.

You will travel within the assigned region, partner with liaisons and administrators, and drive marketing plans to meet monthly goals while optimizing ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• 2 years of Home Health or Hospice Marketing/Sales experience with 2 years of sales team management
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be detailed oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals
• CRM Software experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor marketing plans and sales goals
• Identify accounts/patients through consultation with health care professionals to secure services
• Promote growth within the assigned region
• Train and motivate sales staff to achieve monthly goals
• Oversee weekly sales plans via CRM for performance alignment
• Utilize business tools to maximize sales within region
• Coordinate marketing budget to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with hospitals, facilities, physician offices and others to ensure continuity of patient care
