Ascend Hospice in Worcester, MA seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice clinical programs and ensure compassionate, compliant patient care. You will guide regional managers, coordinate staffing and on-call coverage, and oversee care plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; RN license in MA.
• At least five years of nursing experience with supervisory/management responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within the region and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospice clinical services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to regional managers and clinical teams.
• Coordinate staffing, on-call coverage, and staff development.
• Review caseloads and adjust assignments with leadership.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care plan development.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support survey readiness and inspections.
