Job summary

Cadre Family Companies seeks a Care Consultant to connect our hospice team with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. You will educate partners about hospice benefits and build trusted referral networks to ensure timely access to compassionate end-of-life care.

In this role, you’ll drive community growth through strategic territory plans, generate qualified referrals, and collaborate with leaders to support sustainable growth and patient access.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in healthcare marketing, referral development, business development, or healthcare sales.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative care, or related healthcare services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals on hospice eligibility, services, and benefits of early hospice involvement.
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust and exceptional service.
