You will build referral partnerships, educate clinicians about hospice eligibility and services, and drive community outreach to increase patient access to compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in healthcare marketing, referral development, sales, or related roles.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of hospice, palliative/post-acute care services.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral partners.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice eligibility and services.
• Build long-term partnerships based on trust, collaboration, and exceptional service.
• Create strategic territory plans to raise Cadre Hospice awareness.
• Generate qualified patient referrals through consultative sales and relationship-building techniques.
• Identify opportunities to expand Cadre's presence and referral networks.
• Partner with branch leadership to support growth and increased patient access.
• Represent Cadre Hospice at community events, educational programs, and networking opportunities.
• Provide education to referral partners, patients, caregivers, and community organizations regarding hospice and end-of-life services.
