Qualifications

• 1 year medical marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to promote hospice with referral sources in competitive areas.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, including public speaking experience.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated counties
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines, Medicaid coverage, and primary insurance plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, expands, and maintains quality professional relationships with new and existing referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and companion care agencies.
• Establishes positive relationships within the medical, hospital and long-term care communities.
• Builds and maintains professional relationships with the account segments assigned.
• Monitors outcomes for assigned accounts in collaboration with the Account Development Liaison.
• Manages accounts ensuring current profile information and accurate sales call documentation in the CRM.
