Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, healthcare, or related field
• 2+ years marketing experience in healthcare and/or hospice (required)
• Licenses: Driver's License (DL) and Auto Insurance (AL) required

Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consultative Sales: identifies referral sources' needs and provides tailored solutions with marketing collateral or educational materials.
• Data Management: document daily sales calls, referral source contacts, territory updates in electronic systems and submit reports.
• Budget- Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with policies.
