Responsibilities

• Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.

• Consultative Sales: identifies referral sources' needs and provides tailored solutions with marketing collateral or educational materials.
• Data Management: document daily sales calls, referral source contacts, territory updates in electronic systems and submit reports.
• Budget- Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with policies.

Job Description:

• Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing and typing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements. Knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of the sales process. Knowledge of intermediate to advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as internet software. Knowledge of patient database system. Knowledge of telephone protocol.

Education: Bachelor's [Preferred] Field of Study: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, healthcare, or related field

Preferred Work Experience: 2+ years marketing experience [Required] Healthcare and/or hospice experience [Preferred]
