Qualifications

• A clinical background as an LVN or RN is essential.
• Detail-oriented with excellent auditing skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality of charting and QUAPI program management.
• Manage the implementation of the hospice QAPI plan.
• Review patient charts for documentation and compliance.

Strong knowledge of hospice regulations (CMS, state)
