This full-time position offers a salary range of $125,000 to $135,000 and exceptional benefits, including 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of varied work experience as a licensed nurse, with one of those years preferably as a QAPI nurse.
• Must have reliable means of transportation for attendance.
• Experience in hospice or home health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing assessment of the quality of care and services alongside the Director of Patient Care Services.
• Start patients on Silverado hospice services collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Review incidents, concerns, and grievances for proper follow-up.
