Job summary

Gentiva is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse to oversee and ensure the highest quality of patient care in hospice services. This role includes developing and implementing quality assurance programs, conducting audits, and collaborating with clinical teams to maintain compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical hospice care experience and an RN license. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical hospice care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree nursing preferred.
• RN license in state of practice.
• Experience implementing rapid-cycle improvement techniques that demonstrate material improvements.
• Experience with QA measuring and testing.
• Working knowledge of quality system requirements.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality of patient care and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement the QAPI program for hospice services.
• Analyze clinical performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor and report patient outcomes and adverse events.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement corrective action plans as needed.
