Job summary

Hope Hospice & Health Services in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Hospice Provider Relations Liaison with hospice experience and a growth mindset. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years marketing experience in a health care setting, preferably hospice.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and maintain contact with referral sources to ensure quality care and referrals.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and reviewing provisions in line with laws and regulations.
• Participate in Annual Contract Review meetings with providers.
• Plan outreach activities: presentations, luncheons, event displays, and physician office visits.
• Provide regular reports of outreach activities to the Director of Provider and Community Relations.
