Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
• 2+ years health care management, home health, hospice, or related programs experience required.
• 2+ years hospice experience with Medicare/Medicaid and DoA/DoDS knowledge.
• Operations or sales leadership experience expected.
• Proven ability to build relationships with community and internal staff.
• Strong prioritization and change-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
