AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice seeks an experienced hospice administrator to lead daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive growth across the hospice network.

You will oversee budgeting, regulatory compliance, staff development, and strategic planning, partnering with the board, foundation, and executive team to extend the Healing Ministry of Christ. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and a deep commitment to faith-based health care values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• Master's degree preferred in health care admin or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years hospice leadership experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare management or related field.
• Experience as a hospice administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations for hospice program and ensures smooth execution of agency operations.
• Leads strategic growth initiatives to expand hospice services and network.
• Manages budget and financial accountability to ensure fiscal viability.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Represents hospice care in the community and at speaking engagements.
