Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice in Chicago is seeking a Registered Nurse Program Director to oversee our Hospice Program with a focus on growth, external market relationships, financial management, customer service, and quality care delivery.

You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with hospice regulations including Medicare/Medicaid, and collaborate with senior management to drive performance and patient-centered care in the local office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health care, or business administration preferred.
• Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in health care management, home health, hospice, or related health programs.
• Two (2) years of hospice experience with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Operations and/or Sales Leadership experience required.
