Bloom Healthcare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse PRN to provide compassionate, high-quality care to hospice clients in Fort Collins. You will perform nursing assessments, manage pain and symptoms, educate family members, and ensure safe, dignified end-of-life care.
The ideal candidate is a CO-licensed RN with at least one year of medical-surgical or critical care experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working in hospice settings.

The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between$50.00 - $60.00 per hour with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and location within the state.
