Job summary

Adoration Health in Kentucky seeks a Hospice Excellence Leader of Performance to provide strategic clinical and operational leadership across hospice branches. This role strengthens branch performance, advances clinical quality, and ensures consistent execution of regulatory requirements.

The Regional Director deploys rapid-response support, drives performance improvement, and mentors clinical leaders, shaping education, practice standards, and workforce development across the network.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
• Experience improving clinical quality outcomes, leadership performance, and operational execution across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to branch leaders, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership for onboarding, coaching, and retention of clinical leaders.
• Develop standardized curriculum for onboarding and ongoing development of hospice leaders.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance, identify risks, and reinforce best practices.
• Promote adherence to evidence-based practice, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to implement best practices.
