You will oversee branch performance, mentor a compassionate team, and collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain outcomes and survey readiness, all while upholding the company’s patient-first values.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• 3+ years leadership experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of clinical quality, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Experience leading teams with a focus on engagement, retention, and development
• Ability to manage operations while keeping patient care at the center of decisions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations, financials, and performance with a long-term mindset
• Monitor key indicators like quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and team stability
• Ensure the branch operates efficiently while never compromising care

• Coach leaders and clinicians to grow, with clear performance expectations
