Job summary

Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Regional Director to provide strategic clinical and operational leadership for hospice branches. The role strengthens branch performance, advances quality, and ensures regulatory compliance.

The leader collaborates with clinical and operational executives to drive performance improvement, deploy rapid support to underperforming branches, and develop leadership capacity across the region.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with progressive leadership experience in hospice or home health.
• Proven track record improving clinical quality outcomes and operational execution across multiple sites.
• Experience designing or leading curriculum, training, or leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic advisor to branch leaders, aligning clinical and operational standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership for onboarding, coaching, and retention of clinical leaders.
• Lead development and implementation of standardized leadership curricula and competency validation.
• Identify gaps via audits and data analysis; deploy targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enterprise quality priorities.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and regional leaders to sustain best practices.
